We are an Asian carry-out and delivery food establishment in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. We are deli-style, meaning most of our food is prepared in batches so that we may serve customers quicker and with lower costs.

Sheboyg’n Chick’n

Our take on two favorites found at almost any mall: bourbon chicken and teriyaki chicken.

Our sauce at Nola’s is made with brandy and pure maple syrup - favorites found in most Sheboygan homes!

Roasted Pork Belly

Our most popular item -either a la carte or in combo meals - is also sold by the pound and versatile for your own dishes at home, such as soups, fried rice, or wraps!

Pieces will contain a mix of bones, fat, and crispy skin! Plus the savory, tender meat :P

Nava

pronounced: na-va

Nola’s Nava is well known in the Hmong community throughout southeastern Wisconsin!

This staple summer dessert can be enjoyed year-round with its bouncy tapioca noodles in rich coconut milk and a caramel cane syrup.

Good Food, Good People

We started with a simple idea—good food that was quick and affordable. The owner and founder, Yia, was inspired by his time working at mall food courts where a variety of dishes were prepared and ready to be dished to hunger shoppers (and mall employees). That’s why our establishment focuses on batch-made food put in warm displays and coolers for faster serving.

The kitchen is managed by Yia’s father, Edward, and the chef of cuisine, whose taste and experience creates the food, is his mother, Nola herself.

While the name Nola is mom’s nickname, it was created by her friends from the combination of mom and dad’s Hmong name, No-La.
